Man kann sehr viele anschaulich illustrierte Informationen zum Thema des Bandes erhalten.Unsere Tochter blättert gerne in diesem Band und liest mal hier mal dort. Zur Referatsvorbereitung in der Grundschule gut geeignet.
Das Buch hat mein Bruder mal zu Weihnachten bekommen, was sich später als sehr hilfreich für mich herausstellen sollte.Ich musste nämlich eines Tages auch ein Referat über den Regenwald machen und dieses Buch hat mir dafür eine glatte 1 beschert.Ein Pluspunkt ist auf jeden Fall, dass in dem Buch nicht nur auf die Tier- und Pflanzenvielfalt des Regenwalds eingegangen wird. Es beschäftigt sich auch mit Menschen die dort leben, mit der Problematik der Abholzung, der Gefährdung des Regenwaldes sowie Möglichkeiten der Erhaltung.Das ganze ist sehr übersichtlich gegliedert und auch schon für Volksschulkinder sehr gut zu verstehen.Mich hat es damals sehr zum Nachdenken animiert - was ich selbst tun kann, damit eben ein Stückchen dieses Regenwaldes erhalten bleibt, der doch den Lebensraum für so vieles bildet... und im weiteren auch uns eine gewisse Lebensgrundlage sichert.
